Delete Your Account
You can delete your account at any time. This permanently removes your profile, saved rinks, milestones, and preferences.
- Go to My Journey
- Tap the Settings icon (gear) in the top right
- Tap Delete account and confirm
Prefer to do it by email? Send us a message using the form above with "Delete my account" as the subject.
Manage Your Subscription
Rinkaura Pro is $29.99/year or $3.99/month. Subscribe, manage billing, or cancel anytime.
If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, manage your subscription in your device's store settings. Web subscribers can use the self-service portal from the Profile page.
