Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund Terms

These terms apply to Rinkaura Pro subscriptions offered by LumenCairn, LLC.

No-card trial

Eligible users may receive one 7-day Pro trial without entering a payment card. The trial does not convert automatically, cannot create a charge, and simply ends if you do nothing.

Paid plans

Rinkaura Pro is currently offered on the web for $3.99 per month or $29.99 per year. The exact plan, price, billing cadence, and any applicable tax are displayed before checkout. Discounts or future price changes will be disclosed before they apply.

Automatic renewal and consent

A paid subscription renews automatically at the selected monthly or annual cadence until canceled. Immediately before Stripe checkout, Rinkaura displays the price, cadence, automatic-renewal terms, cancellation route, and a link to these terms. You must affirmatively accept that disclosure before continuing to payment.

Cancellation

Web subscribers can cancel through Profile by selecting Manage Subscription and using the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, Pro access continues through the end of the already-paid billing period.

If Rinkaura later offers App Store or Google Play subscriptions, those subscriptions must be managed through the applicable store.

Refunds and billing errors

Except where required by law, subscription fees are nonrefundable after a billing period begins, and canceling does not create a prorated refund for unused time. We may approve refunds or credits in our discretion, including for duplicate or incorrect charges. Contact support@rinkaura.com promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect. This policy does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Price changes

We will provide advance notice of a price change that affects a future renewal when required. You may cancel before the changed price takes effect.
