Family and Children's Privacy Notice

Rinkaura is operated by LumenCairn, LLC and is a general-audience service for adults. Rinkaura accounts are limited to people age 18 or older. Children and teens may not create accounts.

Parent-managed information

An adult may create a Family Profile to help plan household skating activities. A Family Profile may contain only limited information such as a first name or nickname, relationship, skate size, skill level, and optional birth year.

Do not enter a full birthdate, school, precise address, email address, phone number, account credentials, medical information, disability information, or other sensitive details about a child or household member.

How Family Profiles are used

Family Profiles help the adult account holder remember skating details and identify potentially suitable sessions or rentals. They are private to the adult account under Rinkaura's application access rules. They are not public player profiles, child accounts, registration records, medical records, or a way to communicate with minors.

Youth and high-school program listings are intended for adult-managed discovery. They do not mean registration is open, and Rinkaura does not invite minors to contact teams or organizations through the platform.

Deletion

The adult account holder can delete individual Family Profiles. Account deletion removes associated Family Profile data from active application records, subject to limited backup or security retention described in the Privacy Policy.

If we learn that a minor created an account or submitted personal information directly, we may restrict the account and delete the information as appropriate.
